"Fix and Mend" Sunday Series

Join us on a study of characters throughout the Bible!

You are invited to our "Fix and Mend" message series as we dive into the lives of different people throughout the Bible and see how they all relate to Christ.

As always, we'll have worship, skits, videos, and all the elements to help make your worship experience at Vaughn Forest Church the best part of your week. We'll see you at 10:30 AM on Sunday!

Student Yard Sale for Missions

Please help our students as they raise money for their upcoming mission trip to Arlington, Texas!

Vaughn Forest will be hosting a yard sale on Friday May 31st (6:00 - 9:00 PM) & Saturday June 1st (7:00 AM - 12:00 PM) at Vaughn Forest front lawn.

We need you to donate items for the yard sale!

***WANTED ITEMS***

*Clothes (especially children’s clothes)

*Power Tools (saws, drills, sanders)

*Sporting Equipment (golf clubs, workout equipment, bats, balls, etc.)

*Bicycles (especially ones ready to ride)

*Electronics (televisions, stereos, computers, games)

*Toys (not broken)

*Household Items (refrigerators, washers, dryers, irons, dishes)

*Furniture (chairs, tables, desks, beds, sofas)

*Books (especially children’s books)

*Gardening Equipment (mowers, tillers, shovels, rakes, trimmers)

*Jewelry (watches, rings)

*Miscellaneous (artwork, wall hangings, quilts, bedding, crafts, boats, cars, etc.)

No Items too Big or Small!

Collection Dates: Sunday May 26th - Thursday May 30th (5:00 pm -

7:00 pm) & Friday May 31st (12:00 - 4:00 pm) at the Guest

Vacation Bible School 2013

Vacation Bible School 2013 is right around the corner. Join us on the "Colossal Coaster World"!

VBS 2013 Colossal Coaster World will challenge kids to face their fears and trust God as they zip along the roller coaster of life. Through every twist, turn, and dive kids will learn that God has not given them a spirit of fearfulness, but a spirit of power, love, and sound judgement. So... jump on the coaster, buckle up and get ready for the "Ride of your Life!"

VBS is for kids entering kindergarten through entering 6th grade on June 3-7 from 9:00 AM - 12:15 PM each day.

Come Discover your place at Vaughn Forest Church!

If you are new to Vaughn Forest Church or would like to know more about the ministries at Vaughn Forest, then DISCOVERY is for you! This class will take you through a short journey detailing our history, receive a snapshot of the vision that God has in store for the future at Vaughn Forest, introduce you to some of our ministers, and explain how our ministries work so that you can get involved. You've got questions, we've got answers!

The next Discovery class will meet on Sunday, June 2nd, at 9:00 AM in Guest Central outside of the Worship Center next to Tunnel B. We hope to see you there!
